1. Publisher

2. Purpose — no betting

Edgium is an NBA information and analysis tool. It offers stats, schedule, injuries, public odds, analysis generated by Edge AI, a personal journal and a community. Edgium is not a gambling operator. You cannot place bets, deposit or withdraw money, or win money in the App. The journal and leaderboard use virtual units with no monetary value. There are no affiliate links to operators.

3. Minimum age — 18

The App is for adults only (18+), or the legal gambling age in your country if higher. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend any account where there is reasonable doubt.

4. No guaranteed results

Analyses, probabilities, "edges" and picks are statistical estimates. They are not financial advice and not a promise of winnings. Past results do not predict future results. You alone are responsible for your decisions, including those made with a licensed operator. Sports data and odds may be incomplete or delayed.

5. Account

You can sign in with Apple, Google or X, or use the App as a guest. Keep your device secure. Each account is for one person only. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete).

6. Edgium Pro subscription

• Plans: monthly ($19.99) or annual ($149.99). The final price for your country is shown in the App Store.
• 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You are charged unless you cancel at least 24 h before the trial ends.
• Auto-renews. Manage or cancel in your Apple / Google account settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their terms.
• EU consumers: by starting the trial or subscription, you request immediate performance of the digital service. You acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law. [TO VALIDATE]

7. Community and Edge AI moderation

Prohibited content includes, in particular:

• selling picks, "VIP" groups and paid touts;
• links and "DM me" requests;
• insults, hate and harassment;
• other people's personal data;
• any content involving minors;
• spam;
• illegal content.

Every message and image is checked automatically by Edge AI before it is published. Breaking the rules brings escalating sanctions: warning → 1 h mute → 24 h mute → image ban → suspension. You can appeal any decision in the App. Under the EU Digital Services Act, every decision comes with a reason. You can contest a decision or report illegal content at [email protected]. You keep the rights to your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it in the App while it is published.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, texts and analyses are protected. NBA and team names and marks belong to their owners. Edgium is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA.

9. Responsible gambling

10. Liability

The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses from bets placed with third parties, for service interruptions or for data errors, except for gross negligence or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes; governing law

We may update these Terms. You will be told about material changes in the App. French law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
